HAL (or, as I like to call him, Mr. EasyTelephone) sometimes picks up my call id from my phone (Android OS) and sometimes doesn't. When he doesn't and I put in my MP number, he asks me to say my name. My name is long and different, and he doesn't understand when I say it correctly. Instead, I have memorized the way HAL butchers it, and try to say it that way.
