I'm having the same issue. Further complicating matters, the Budget offer on the Priority Club site lists the BCD as R245700:

Then, when you click through to the Budget site (clicking on "Learn More"), the BCD then says R245701 - this is in the URL you provided.

Well, I've tried both of these codes, and when it comes time to enter in my Priority Club number, the Priority Club doesn't appear in the Frequent Traveler drop-down box. Frustrated, I used the Chat function to speak to someone in order to get a resolution. All they could tell me was to tell the counter your Priority Club member number so it could be attached to the reservation. She told me to contact Priority Club to determine which BCD is the correct one.

I have to say, this is extremely annoying and frustrating. Anyone have any success with this?
