I never flew internationally in Delta F, but I do recall flying in F on an internationally configured L-1011-500, which was back in 1987, I think. The seats were 6 abreast with what they used to call "First Class Sleeper Seats", which had a fold out padded leg rest and generous recline.

IIRC, the flight I was on was ATL-DFW, and the L15 was on that route because it continued to HNL. I was up front because I using a voucher from being bumped.
