I have a RTW F ticket booked with AA RTW desk and I called them to issue it 2 days ago.

Just got a call saying that they cannot send it to me because there are too many segments. I have 17 segments for 1W. AA suggested that I go to the airport to issue it.

My question is, should I go to the airport and get AA to issue it, or call CX to take over the reservation to issue it?
