Well, just reading that extract has to cast doubts upon the validity of the "award" !
I too was at HEL last year and noted that the Finnair lounge was "very disappointing". No hot food except soup. Some salads and cream cheese, and a bowl of unwrapped Oreos.
And please, generic US wine on tap labeled "red" or "white".
There is a separate pay bar with some drinks free for OW Elites, but no white wine or champagne.
Yes, it was clean and modern.
Not the worst, but nothing special at all.
