I have seen worse in a Kingfisher flight from LHR to BLR in 2008. Its was the first week of the new service by kingfisher.There were only 30 or 40 passengers in the entire aircraft.(the fare was something like £280 return!!!!)

At least 10-12 of the passengers from economy visited the 'kingfisher first' section and helped themselves to the amenity kits/headphones etc.(the headsets were of a premium make AFAIK). the crew were overwhelmed and possibly inexperienced as well and did'nt say a word. I was not surprised that they stopped flying that route in less than a year.
