AY J is pretty decent. The seats are most often angled lie-flats, with good size pillows and AA style duvets. Some A330s have fully flat seats, but I am not sure if they are still using those a/c on AY 5/6. When I last did this flight in January, it was the angled lie-flats.

Food is okay. I think AA's food is better. Alchohol selection is better on AY.

AY uses the AA terminal in JFK. The AY J lounge in HEL is okay (better than an AC), but not really all that good. Most alchohol is for a fee.
