You should have absolutely no problem in changing your dates and times as many times as you wish. Call the local booking office of the airline involved, tell them you have a RTW one world ticket, give them the fare basis and away you go. Some airlines just put a sticker on the ticket, some dont even bother; tickets do not need to be reprinted for date change.
