Reservation is for November, this just seems wrong. Did others get similar response? So Travelocity floats the $ from reservations until then? Reservation is still within full refund terms.
Makes me wish Expedia's BRG wasn't changing, heard it might be limited to 3 unused coupons per account but when I call I get conflicting information.
Why don't you read the T&C and through the email they sent you before .....ing about this online?
They issue the refund and the coupon AFTER your stay. And, if you read carefully, you'll know the $50 coupon is not valid for 1-night reservation as well.
You decide what is worth it - them or Expedia, that keeps you online while checking the eligibility for at least half an hour.
