Anyhow ColdWater - thank you. Food I have no control over, the AVOD, the state of the aircraft likewise. What I always want BA to be No 1 for is how we respond to you and the others and their needs expecially when things go wrong. That - and the temperature (and you can thank FT for this) i can try and control.

HIDDY is right (for once!) and I am not meaning you Cupcake - I have been wandering over to Skyteam and I have never read such unpleasant comments and am pleased that BA is not the only recipient of what I can only call constant negativity.
