Have to say, found myself firing off 3 ba.com/ well dones after my last trip, and the box for 'went the extra mile' being ticked each time.
It really is great that BA, on a fairly regular basis, manages to treat me as an individual and CC (or indeed booking staff) genuinely seem to want me to enjoy the flight.
