If you know absolutely nothing about RTW's, your best bet is to go to a travel agency and ask. Generally RTW fares are cheaper in Canada than the USA.

If you're only going to a few places, then maybe a RTW may not be your best bet. RTW's are only worth it if you plan to travel in Business or First class. Generally point to point fares or a customized RTW itinerary might work out cheaper than some one the published RTW fares - and trust me there are many!
