Or can they see who the person was that you guested in?
I brought in a guest, for the first time, at LHR T3 last month. I do not know what was recorded on the system, but their boarding card was stamped GUEST. I was told that this would enable my guest to come in and out of the lounge without my presence. It would be logical if, once the system notes you have a guest, to require the guest to show their boarding card again (and hence require the GUEST stamp).
