It's entirely for reasons like this that organisations tighten up on things and, if the abuse becomes too widespread, they often end up removing the privilege altogether.

The guest facility with a card is what it is. It's meant to allow you to take a companion into the lounge with you when you're travelling. It's not meant for you to be able to guest your entire department plus their partners into the lounges.

I'm sorry if this comes across as a killjoy but posts where people are clearly looking to abuse the system in such a blatant way annoy me.
