My pet peeve is the PA announcement of : " We are primarily here for your safety." I hear it often and find it an excuse not to give service. I truly wish unhappy, lazy, meanspirited FAs would resign from their jobs. My last trips from JFK-NRT, JFK-LAX, JFK-SFO had stellar FAs on board. It's a shame the rotten egg ones stand out in such a negative way.

I will agree with you, I can't stand lazy FAs and agree that they stand out more than the us good ones.
