AA in general seems to be really anal about giving out info that would make someone's life that much easier. It reminds me of a Dilbert type thing, where they are the keyholders of information, and you need to worship them accordingly. Like the other day, I asked (after they couldn't do what I needed...made the mistake of calling after-hour res) what F availability was. Can't give that info. What do you mean, can't give that info? Is it F0, F1, F2? Nope, can't give it. Can you tell me if it is above F1? Nope. It's something that I never understood.
As far as your question. In general, this is how it goes and pardon my spelling. Also pardon any minor mistakes, as this is from memory.....
N/A includes North America, Hawaii, Central America to Panama, Bermuda, and *most* of the Carribean.
S/A includes South America below Panama, Easter Island, and the very lowest of the Carribean. Probably the only really important ones would be the N.A. (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao). I don't know what would happen if you put Aruba in N/A. Something tells me that they might not catch it since you can't go from a South American country. Only from San Juan.
Asia includes mainland Asia west of about Moscow, India, Pakistan, Far East, and the SE Asian countries down to the bottom of Indonesia.
Europe includes Europe, Scandinavia, Iceland (though there is no service currently), Asia to Moscow, the middle east and the Saudi Penninsula, Not sure about Iran (think it's Europe), And all of the African countries that border the Mediterranian. Egypt, Morocco, Libya, etc.
Africa includes all of Africa that does not border the Med, Mauritius, Seychelles.
Australia includes Oz, New Zealand, all of the 'nesias except Indonesia (micronesia, fiji, etc.), New Caladonia, Tahiti (though no current service except through IPC), and the biggish island above Oz and East of Indonesia. I apologize, the name is escaping me completely, and I don't have a map in front of me.
Look harder on FewMiles site and you will find the link to the maps. They are there.
