Recently flew AF J JFK-CDG-JFK, both ways on the A-380.

Agreed about the chaotic boarding (although in my case only at CDG), but service on board was outstanding, professional and very friendly.

I easily rate it as one of my best J experiences.

Also, I found lounges in both JFK and CDG to be excellent.

Given the fare I paid (Z), I felt this was an excellent value and would gladly fly AF again.
