Checking EF, MIA-CDG has O inventory on 4, 11, 12, 17, 18, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27 June 2012. I spot checked a few dates, and the flight comes up on DL.dumb just fine. I imagine if you were seeing it for every day earlier it was right after AF loaded award inventory and they subsequently issued some award tickets and perhaps adjusted their inventory a bit.
