Turkish Airlines Y Class DLM - IST

Airline : Turkish Airlines
Flight : 2559
Departure Point : Dalaman Airport – DLM
Arrival Point : Istanbul Atatürk – IST
Date : August 17, 2011
Time : 19.30
Gate : 2
Seat : 16F
Class: Y

Check-in:

When I first entered Dalaman Airport at the check-in there was an interesting thing that the Business Class counter was full and the Economy Class counter was empty, so I checked in at the Economy Class counter.

Way to the gate:

I passed the security control and then I went to the Turkish Airlines CIP Lounge. There wasn't lot's of options to eat and drink, I prefer Liman Cafe that I went before at July 2011. The boarding started 30 minutes before departure but the aircraft departed at the normal time.

The Aircraft:

The aircraft was an Airbus A321-200 ( TC-JRD ) named Balıkesir. The aircraft had the old Turkish Airlines seats. An there wasn't personal screens like the new ones, instead there were overhead monitors.

Meal Service:

The cabin crew gave us an Ramazan ( Ramadan ) Package that has cheese sandwich, soup ( Çabuk Çorba ), olives, baklava, hurma and a bottle of water. This package was better than the ones served before Ramazan ( Ramadan ).

Landing:

The aircraft landed at a bus gate. They carried us to the terminal with buses in 10 minutes. The baggage belt number was 25 and the aircraft landed at 20:37 and they started to give our luggages at 21:00 and then I exited the airport. Our aircraft was going to Jeddah ( JED ) after our flight.

Reminder:
You could look at the photos read this article in Turkish and newsfootball.tr.gg ( It isn't an football [ soccer ] website. )
