Just finished up a three day Hyatt hop in San Diego. Had stays at the Manchester Grand, Mission Bay, and La Jolla properties all at the same room rate of $131/night.

Base points given were as follows:
Mission Bay - 652
Grand - 655 ^
La Jolla - 754
