The First Dining Room is open from 8pm with full waiter-service dining and laid tables with a special First menu for BA/QF F pax only.
However, it is open throughout lounge opening hours from 5am for use by anybody within the lounge (ie. including Emerald cardholders). The tables aren't laid, but you can sit there and order from the standard lounge menu.
