Despite my best efforts, (BA.com & calling You First) I am unable to determine whether or not the restaurant at T3 opens in the morning for breakfast. I know it opens for pre-flight dining during the early evening but could not establish the breakfast times, if any.

Any help from the real experts would be most welcome.
