FYI Just spoke with CX ticket office in NY.
My ticket has been issued and it is all on
printed stock. The CX agent said- "no hand
writing of tickets, those days are done".
Tickets will arrive today. This must have
been a major ordeal for CX also. I told him
my last name and he told me my first.
