^ Agreed. I also hate when I have issues with Emerald club free days and the rep forwards me to the Emerald Club department. The wait is always at least 15 minutes (often more than 30 minutes) and it's clear they don't have a separate number for elite members (due to the long wait & lack of recognition/help/ownership the reps offer).
