Travelocity BRG - Best tips, results or waste of time
My first Travelocity BRG and the result- found a cheaper hotel, did the claim online which seemed easier. Received reply next day that refund of difference would be applied and an email with $50 future buy coupon would be emailed to me within 7 days.
Now we are 10 days later and no email with coupon. What gives!? Wrote email to Travelocity who replied that my coupon would be emailed after check in and refund applied then too. Reservation is for November, this just seems wrong. Did others get similar response? So Travelocity floats the $ from reservations until then? Reservation is still within full refund terms.
Makes me wish Expedia's BRG wasn't changing, heard it might be limited to 3 unused coupons per account but when I call I get conflicting information.
