After 2000+ posts, it appears that it's all been said and everyone is now just chasing their tails. DL's initial response was "go pound sand" and that clearly isn't going to change. My epiphany came several years ago at which time I switched almost all of my domestic business (only 2 paid DL segments since) and all of my international travel to other airlines, canceled my Sky club membership and cancelled my DL American Express Card. I'm still around only because I have a boatload of SkyPesos and refuse to use them for exorbitantly priced awards with multiple connections and lengthy layovers. I simply don't understand why others don't do the same. This isn't an isolated screwing of its best customers. DL has a well-documented history of doing so and only a fool would believe it will not continue to do so. If you aren't willing to take your business elsewhere, even in the face of this history, then you shouldn't waste your time complaining--just bend over and grab your ankles.
