I took CX 722 from KUL with my friend yesterday. I am a Green and he is a silver. When we checked-in at the airport, I got op-up but he didn't. We both did OLCI but I had a lower no. (BN: 15). Is that the reason I got the op-up? My friend was pretty upset!
