When we pay the $70 per ticket change (plus any possible minor changes in taxes/fees due to different routing), does she need to get again on the phone to confirm and pay for that also or can I take care of that myself?

I believe that whoever's credit card was used in the booking process needs to be on the phone, that's what I was told a while ago. But it might vary from agent to agent.
