Its been a couple of months since I did any clean-up work. When I get a chance I will try and go through and update any codes that no longer are in use.

But I personally like to have even the old, no longer in use, codes in the list (but making sure they are labeled as no longer in use.) Marriott may bring one or more of them back for some reason, so its nice to keep them in the list.
