There is a mileage-based oneworld Global Explorer RTW fare, this one doesn't seem to be very well known. The more popular oneworld Explorer RTW fare goes by zones (continents) visited and is not mileage limited, but its fare rules instead are restricted by number of segments and/or stopovers.
