I have used Somkiat Prasertpracha (Khun Somkiat) at Tour Lines Co., Ltd. serveral times for F class UA/CX RTWs. He speaks English and is very good.

They are at 87 Soi 2 Arkarnsongkroh, Thungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120 Thailand.
