Kingfisher service has become poor
In the month of July 2011 I had booked to and fro tickets from Chennai to Bangalore using my king miles. For some reason I had to cancel the tickets. I was told that after deduction of 500 king miles, the rest would get credited into my account within 72 hours. But to my surprise even after a week the same was not credited and only when I spoke to them again did they initiate the credit. In another occassion in August 2011, I had to book tickets from Cochin to Chennai. I was short of 90 king miles for the free flight ticket. So I decided to purchase 500 additional king miles. The amount got deducted from my bank account but the king miles never got credited. On calling the kingclub guys, they asked me to send the statement of my account through email. I did it immediately. Even after this when there was no response, I called them to which they said that they had nor received the email. Even after 10 days, they did not bother to call me back, nor did they credit back the amount to my bank account since the king miles were never credited to my account. When I called up kingclub they said that it would take another 72 hours for them to provide a response to me. Such lapse in service from Kingfisher is unacceptable. I may not be a very regular flyer but of the number of flights I have had, the maximum were that of Kingfisher. Now I may have to reconsider flying with them since they do not value their customers.
