Like the other posters, upgrades as Platinum with Holiday Inn are nil. I always asked for an upgrade, but I don't expect it. I haven't stayed at any HI properties (except IC hotels) this year due to the lack of benefits, which I think it's due to the ease of qualifying for their top tier.

If non InterCon hotels would recognize my RA status, I maybe incline to stay with PC hotels this year. In my opinion, there are simply too many Platinums running around Priority Club...
