I have been Diamond with Hyatt for the last 3 years, averaging 120 nights per year and I think it's a good thing that Hyatt won't be offering FFN this year. Like the other posters, it'll weed out those who are really loyal and those who are just there for the cheap benefits.

I haven't had any issues with Diamond treatment and benefits while traveling abroad as I'm usually the only one or one of the few at the time. However, when staying with Hyatt in the US, it's another story.
