FS Jakarta is really tired. MO had a renovation recently - rooms are not bad, but very low ceiling-ed. Dharmawangsa is still very nice, location is in a residential neighborhood. Kempinski is also newish. Ritz Carlton CBD is also supposedly pretty nice, with supposedly excellent Club rooms.

Remember to select a hotel near where you want to be, as Jakarta traffic can be nightmarish.
