Can somebody let me know which one is correct?

Also, does the 2 days mean exactly 48 hours from the flight time, or can I upgrade a booking for Friday evening on Wednesday morning?

48 hrs is 48 hrs--not 2 days--and not one second too soon. For summer AC has made some extra allowances to the eupgrades allowing P's to upgrade hitherto unavailable classes.
