I need to go to Australia from Madrid on May 3, and need to include BKK and SIN, returning about May 20. I still have the remaining portion of a RTW * SYD-LAX-LON-MAD, and an open return MAD-FRA-BKK on LH C, as well as an open LH F/C return on Miles from SIN to MAD. I go that route about once every two months so I can collect open ends.

I was thinking of buying a new RTW in NZ, since the fares seem to be cheaper than in Spain. I can fly to BKK with LH and use an upgrade for F/C, and then buy a return to SYD. The problem is that I have to go to SYD before going to PER, so would have to buy BKK-SYD-PER-AKL to get my RTW out of NZ.

Does anyone know wheter I can buy a OneWorld or * RTW in NZ by just walking into a City office, fight my way through the routing etc for few hours and get on the next flight, or are there advance purchase requirements ?
