The base fare prices were removed from the site around the start of the year. Only way to get a quote via the oneworld site now is to plot out a trip and start the booking process. The first step will give a quote.
It is believed the price quotes were removed as they were only base prices and didn't inculde taxes. There were some tools available which allowed you to compare base prices, but as they drew the data from the oneworld site which no longer has the data, the tools no longer work.
You can get base prices through expert flyer and other sites like it, though they will only list one starting country at a time.
The cheapest base prices in "Europe" are in the middle east.
