I recently have had my PCR membership upgraded to Platinum level. Do not kill me for the question as I know it says I am entitled to an upgrade but what is everyone's actual experience? I stay at Holiday Inn's. Will they honour? How about when I use my points for stays? Thanks from a rookie!
