The 3th floor is renovated, however in a basic way. The 2th floor should be ready in Novermber, but you have to check. I guess the rooms on the 2e will be the best room, referring to comfort. the 3th floor must have the best view.
So the 1st floor is the oldes floor, they will renovate this too!
