The missing pillow - Part 2!

Following on from the case of the stolen pillow in CW - I'm starting a new thread (if that's ok with the Mods) as the old one got carried away into a heated A-C seat discussion. I wanted some advice:

I sent a letter to CR about the pillow and blanket taken and how surprised I was that there were no spares and issues that had been on the flight with the IFE (old 777 and over half the channels on the loop not working including the children's channel which was a pain for the kids). I quite clearly stated that I did not want any compensation, but just wanted to know that these comments were being used towards improving the service, especially since the IFE issues on the old 777's seem to be happening 90% of the time in my experience.

Anyway, I received a short reply telling me that there were no problems with the IFE on my flight and that BA offer chilren's channels AND that there were spare blankets AND pillows in the cabin. Neither of which was true on the flight.
What are your thoughts on how I should react to something like this, quite obviously not interested in my comments?
