You are almost certainly experiencing these problems because of the fact that your father listed you as a family member. If you would prefer not to call Skywards then you could try emailing them first with as much information as you can so that they can find your original record and set you up on your own for you. Their are contact email addresses available through skywards.com. Good luck!
