I'm sorry to hear such lackluster reviews. I travel to the Chantilly area often for business, and this has become my go-to hotel in the area. After the renovation, everything on the inside looks brand new, but the biggest draw to me has been the universally cheerful and helpful staff. I've never seen a shortage of them, and they're always willing to help or do whatever it takes to ensure a happy stay.

To me, the convenience to the airport is simply a side benefit. I actually choose to stay here (over the fancier Marriott properties in the same general area) because of the staff.
