Cabin crews are hit and miss with UA and CO. Too bad, but that's reality. Sounds like your review would have been a lot better with a chatty Cathy as your FA. Personally I don't care about conversation... just glass refills!

Yes the old suites are getting worn and are slated to be replaced... but they are still really comfy IMO.
