yes i have the 13-digit number starting with 07 and the 6-digit booking code. i bought the ticket at klm website. still i can't print the purchase confirmation or an invoice.

the reason i was asking this question here was that klm sent me the confirmation email saying e-tickets will also be sent to my email address. but they never came. i don't really know what they are supposed to be. i know what a boarding pass is, but you get it right before you fly.
