i just saw this thread and do not have the speed test - but of course that would be hard to get because the connection never lasted more than 5 minutes. i constantly had to relogin over and over and over - i eventually just stopped trying to use it.

it was painfully slow and very unreliable - and all the front desk said i could do was call swisscom (the provider) and gave me a number.

incidentally, as a PLT, i was given one access code for one device - and told i need to pay for any other devices. i didnt bother because the one device i did have would not stay connected. i know it wasnt my device because the wifi on the device worked very well at the local mcdonalds (suggested by the hotel staff as well instead of paying for their service)
