Do I need to reapply for the DL promo and see an email worded "Brokerage Account with Delta Airlines Promotion"? specifically listed?

Yes, I am going to fund the account to the full 100k!!! To me that is obvious.
I was more inquiring if those who signed up for the DL promotion AFTER either the AA or UA, had received a email when having done so, said the "the information you requested (etc, etc. - quoted above)". This is similar to the first UA promo email, BUT DIFFERENT in as it had NOT contained the Specific "Delta Promotion" wording within the email copy (as the first UA had).
Sorry if I was not more clear. Can some people please look back at their second bonus sign ups and see if their "information requested" email was just the generic fidelity one - and they were still successful with both bonus accounts working after full funding - or if those who know that I need the second email to specifically state "Delta" or I may not be signed up for the delta promotion?
I'll call fido if no one is sure, but I'm trying to avoid that as not to raise flags.
