Here's what I did:
1. I've never had a previous Fido acct. (new customer)
2. Signed up for the UA promo
2a. Received a response email "Here's the information you requested Thank you for contacting Fidelity Investments. For quick access to the information you requested, simply click on the links featured below.

3. Opened the account, got bank info recorded, initiated first 25K transfer from bank to Fido.
