That route is dependent on UA's 787s coming on line, and they are years delayed... definitely not happening in 2011.

One other idea, since you mentioned going westbound from SIN: SAA PER-JNB-IAD, UA IAD-IAH? I think it's a pretty long layover in Joburg, but you get to the east coast US at mid-morning.
