Using a BOGO Cert on a friend
I'm looking to book and pay for a weekend for a good friend of mine at a European IC using a BOGO weekend cert. Is there a way to pre-pay the room on my credit card and my friend can just show up with the BOGO cert? I won't be physically present at the hotel.
